“Now I get it.” Whenever I hear that from the person I am speaking to, I know it is “mission accomplished“. If I see that the challenge has been understood and someone is starting to think about it, then growth is possible.

I am happy to explain issues several times, with calm and patience. I put them across in different ways until they have been understoodn - because understanding leads to thinking.

And that is the basis of digital autonomy and growth.

Business -“Wide View“

I see business as a larger whole. With an experienced “wide view“, I quickly identify the actual core issues, the “low hanging fruits“, that might not have been in focus yet. I always think in broad contexts, but always pay attention to the details with my practical disposition.

I aim to empower everyone, from the CEO to the Developer to be able to contribute themselves to the growth.

Technology -“Deep View“

With over 20 years of programming experience, I can also go into technical issues in depth. I talk to developers on their level and think things through in detail.

I know how successful businesses are structured and I apply my expertise in technology to create sustainable and scalable systems.

Marketing -“Multi-view“

I have a “multi-view“ of marketing and can step in to address many issues directly. From branding, through packaging, USPs and customer journeys up to performance KPIs.

I know my business and have the necessary breadth of knowledge to use the most effective lever for growth.

Promote Motivation for Learning

It is one thing to just explain issues simply and another thing to enthuse people in the organisation about it. I endeavour to motivate those who I am dealing with to tackle an issue themselves; then to think further about it and speak to others about it.

That is why it is very important to me to be an approachable, receptive partner in who will act with integrity and on a level footing. In essence, I want people to develop their own understanding, think independently and act autonomously.
