What Drives Me: Growth

A friend recently asked me, “Why have you bought a new mobile? There was nothing wrong with the old one.“ For me, that’s about growth. New features, new possibilities. I am driven by growth, by using it to get ahead. I want to access new markets, develop new products and continuously progress. For me, ease, clarity and quality are at the forefront of growth.

When I think of growth, I always get a feeling of anticipation. When a problem gets solved, a tough nut gets cracked or a barrier is overcome, the next step starts straight away. The anticipation of all the possibilities is what drives me in my work and my private life.

My Spectrum – from Business through Technology to Marketing

What applies to my wardrobe also applies to my work. From casual sweatpants to tailor-made suit – the broad range makes the difference that leads to growth and success.

I have gained my experience in business, technology and marketing over more than 20 years. Because of my knowledge of human nature, I know when a clear message is called for and when sensitivity is needed - and I use that to secure progress in the project, according to the situation.

I am also happy to pass on my experience as a mentor to young people who want to promote their personal growth.

Accept the challenges – to achieve the main objective

Just as I develop myself further every day, in my view products also have to develop further.

Especially in the digital field, which is my area of expertise, development is a constant companion. Theoretically, a new feature could be launched every day, and businesses have to keep up with developments – or else get left behind.

My aim is to empower businesses to challenge the challenges themselves.

My motivation is to build bridges to a common understanding of the different areas, create connections and make things happen. With my experience, I can have an impact on every department and take everyone involved together towards the main objective: growth.
