More room for a good day at the practice
With CloudPMS, I’m developing practice software that connects the work from the first booking through to the invoice. Scheduling, medical history, documentation and billing belong to one shared workflow. The aim is a calmer working day and more attention for the people in the room.

Starting with the working day
A practice runs on small handovers. Someone books an appointment, reception prepares it, a practitioner documents the conversation and an invoice follows. I’m interested in how software can connect these steps so that the team works well together.
CloudPMS brings the relevant information into one place. The focus is on the next useful action: what is happening today, what is ready and what comes next?

Appointments that fit the team
The calendar brings together practitioners, rooms, equipment and time blocks. Daily and weekly views help the team plan the schedule and find a suitable time for a treatment.
Online booking extends this workspace to patients. They can choose services and available appointments in the practice’s own branding, with confirmations and reminders along the way.

A well-prepared conversation
Digital medical history starts before the visit. The patient record then brings details, appointments, documentation, photos and files into context, helping the practitioner prepare for the conversation.
Templates, reusable text and AI help with writing up notes. I care about the everyday benefit: recording a thought clearly and being able to return to it at the next appointment.

From service to invoice
Services, German medical fee schedule items and materials can be combined into quotes and invoices. Stored prices and a PDF preview make the document easy to review before finalising it.
Billing becomes part of the shared practice workflow. The team works with the same service components and can keep track of the resulting documents.

Made for a working day on the move
CloudPMS is designed for the browser on phones, tablets and desktops. The calendar at reception, a record in the treatment room and a quick check on the move all belong to the same application.
cloudpms.health offers a closer look at the product and a way to request a personal demo. It is a good place to explore how CloudPMS could fit a particular practice.
